Why did you choose the KJ GROUP?

The reason why I chose the KJ Group is that I thought it was a great company and to seize the opportunity to grow. In the interview, the CEO said, “If you can grow 0.0001% every day, that’s fine.” Rather than telling our employees to produce tangible results immediately, we were able to understand through those words that we were prepared to watch them grow little by little.

What made this company more attractive compared to the others?

First of all, I think it is attractive that there is a high degree of freedom in proceeding with the work. I can plan and proceed with what I want to do, so I am very satisfied when I achieve it. Also, as a startup company, rather than being taught something by someone, you have to study and learn a lot by yourself, so in a sense, you can achieve constant growth.

Have grown personally or professionally after joining this company?

First, I had to learn about finance. I always learnt about finance and the economy only through the news and during school, but now I am able to understand impact of various economic indicators on the stock market and the relationship between stocks and currencies.

Second, I found the fun in data processing. Throughout my career, I found that working on tens of thousands of data to create reports and find relationships between them is surprisingly suitable for me. I want to continue trying various new things.

What would you like to try in your future business?

I would like to build up my skills to manage and analyze data professionally. There are many things in the world that can be read from data, not just in the financial world. Even the seemingly unrelated data can often lead to interesting results if you dig deeper. I would like to continue the challenge of discovering these things and connecting them to business.
