Why did you decide to work for this company?

I always wanted to work with a company that is deeply committed to the well-being and professional development of its employees. I believe the pioneer standards set by KJ Group’s ethical practices within the office environment leave me in no doubt that KJ Group shall not only develop my skills but also encourage me to step up to grow professionally and personally.

How do you overcome difficulties?

I have found that difficulties often arise from having too much on my plate. So, the first thing I do is step back and prioritize. I will take a few minutes to identify which tasks are the highest priority and then take care of the most important things first. I also believe that communicating well with my other team members is a key to making sure I don’t get stressed or overwhelmed.

What makes your work worthwhile?

Being happy at work and loving what you do is an overall productivity booster and enhances performance. They say that people who enjoy their jobs are more likely to be optimistic, motivated, learn faster, and make fewer mistakes. So, for myself I think what makes my work worthwhile is because I am passionate and love what I am doing currently as a Manager in the KJ Group.

How have you grown personally and professionally after joining the company?

After joining the KJ Group, I have grown so much as a person, both professionally and personally. In my role as a manager, I have to deal with a lot of different kind of people. I believe I have become more flexible by dealing through different circumstances. By encountering different people in this arena, I have also developed my people and communication skills.
