My responsibility includes creating a monthly work plan and activity plan, and then assigning tasks to each capable staff or department. When performing tasks and checking progress, I would make appropriate changes according to the situation. At the same time, we are focusing on building our customer base. We are currently implementing a latest plan aimed at precisely researching the market and reaching our target customers. We are convinced that better understanding of the market tendency and the latest information enables us to make better decisions.
Why did you decide to work for this company?
G-SARAM VIETNAM, KJ Group company is one of the FDI companies that recently entered Vietnam and has a business that leads the current and future financial trends. We sympathize with the company’s vision and long-term direction, and we also believe that this company will continue to make progress. I am honored to work and contribute to the mission and core values of the company.
How do you overcome difficulties?
First, prioritize each job. Make a work plan including a list of work details, objectives, risks, expected outcomes (in numbers), what to do, who to meet, and time limits. Finally, take an action. Once you start, believe in your abilities and do it all the way to the end. That’s my way of facing difficulties.
What makes your work worthwhile?
As you work as a company manager, you can improve your leadership and task management skills. At the same time, you can interact directly with the company’s customers and investors in a professional environment, which gives a great customer service experience. I find this job very satisfying, and I continue to take responsibility and make the best effort to perform my duties.
How have you grown personally and professionally after joining the company?
While working for the company, I feel that I have grown significantly by radically improving myself. Having been involved in the business since the early phase of G-SARAM, I was impressed by the way the employees work, and learned a great lesson from that. That had a huge impact on various ways, from shaping my vision to how I work, and leading my mental life.
