Why did you choose this company?

Why did you choose your current job?
First of all, I would like to thank the Board of Directors who believed in and supported me. As you improve your leadership skills as a company manager, you can improve your task management skills. At the same time, I was able to interact directly with the company’s customers and investors and worked in a professional environment, which was a great learning experience. In addition, I want to work hard so that I feel strongly responsible for this job and work hard every day. Rather, I love the job I’m doing now.
What makes your job more rewarding?
Actually, I do not think that difficulties at work are challenges. The reason is that every job has its own problems, but the important thing is to find a solution. At G-SARAM, we consider work to be a challenge, so we can get more interesting experiences from it, and feel like we can make better decisions at 1% every day.
What part of the company you feel has grown after joining the company?
Until now, I feel that I have improved myself in the company and made significant progress. I was accompanied by G-SARAM from the very beginning, and I was impressed with how you approached your business. This has had a profound effect on my thinking in all aspects, from vision to work style and mental life. The company has invested energy to strengthen itself and has given enough power to accompany the development of G-SARAM.
What attracted you compared to other companies?
I’ve always been drawn to the company’s board of directors since I joined the company. I feel that I always focus on building a professional work environment and strong convictions, based on my dreams, actions, never giving up, and sustainable development.
