2015年に新卒で大手下着メーカーに入社して3年間販売職として勤務。2018年にロボットペイメントへ中途入社し、端末決済のセールスを担当する。その後に部署を異動し、請求管理ロボのセールスも経験した。1年の産休を経て経理財務部の精算課に復職。現在は業務推進部の法務・人事労務課で中途採用業務を担当している
What made this company more attractive compared to the others?
Because of the global working environment, I have many opportunities to exchange and learn from many cultures. In other companies, the chance to see the director is quite small, but in here you can see him every day! Not only the director but everyone here is very open and friendly. And every month in the company, there is a birthday party for employees. It’s great. I have not seen any company in Japan do something like that.
What do you want to challenge now?
I want to improve my technical skills as well as learn about new technologies. I also want to try my hand at IT Infrastructure.
