Why did you choose KJ GROUP?
I thought the company had a lot of growth potential in the future, so I decided to join the company after seeing its vision. In addition, during the interview before joining the company, the CEO told me specifically about his progress, future plans, and goals. I felt the firm will and strong commitment to being the president, his sincerity and responsibility for KJ, and his feelings for the staff. That’s why I wanted to work together and grow together as a member of this company with a vision.
Have grown personally or professionally after joining this company?
As I explain the company’s business to customers, my presentation skills have improved because I have to adjust my explanation depending on how familiar the customer is with the topic. Therefore I have learnt to express myself better according to the customer’s needs.
Where do you get the strength to raise children and work at the same time?
I get my strength from lots of caffeine and lots of supplements. Furthermore, the consideration and understanding of the company and the colleagues around me makes it easier to concentrate on work.
