Why did you choose the KJ GROUP?

The final interview was the CEO interview, and we talked about various things, including about family, about life, and thoughts about work. I decided to join the company because I was surprised that the CEO would be so enthusiastic about the interviewer. Also, he said that no matter how good are at work, the most important thing is personality. When I actually joined the company, I realized that it was true because there were only good people around me.

What do you find most enjoyable about your work?

The staff communicates a lot with each other. I think good relationships with others is the most important thing that makes me enjoy my work. There are sometimes difficulties at work, but you can overcome them by cooperating with your seniors and fellow staff.

When do you find your work rewarding?

I have acquired specialized financial knowledge. When I joined the company, I had no knowledge of finance at all, but I feel that I am gradually gaining more and more knowledge while dealing with our customers. I will continue to study in order to gain the trust of our customers.

What's the message for people who want to join this company?

It’s a company where the staff can cooperate with each other. Of course, it is important to carry out the work responsibly, but we have an environment where the staff can help each other without having to carry our burden alone.
