My primary responsibility is online marketing. This means I’m in charge of managing company’s website and social media accounts for advertisement and thereby contribute to the company’s profit. All marketing team staff work together to perform market analysis, plan and implement effective methods. It is also our job to create materials such as videos and photos required for advertising.
Can you tell us about your career after graduating?
After graduating, I participated in the army for four months. I can say that the experience gained during these four months has created the basis for myself. After that, I became interested in trading and worked as a freelancer for a while. I felt limitations on working by myself and wanted to work in a team. That’s why I decided to join G-Saram.
What is the atmosphere at work?
The workplace of this company is dynamic and speedy. Although we all enjoy a family-like work environment, competent staff members keep improving themselves in friendly rivalry which help them stay motivated. Also, the staff members all enjoy personal lives. Being able to work with fascinating people is one of the great points of working at this company.
What made you feel the sense of achievement since joining the company?
The interesting thing about this job is that you can create, plan and execute work by yourself. In my case, I did a detailed study of FX and applied my knowledge to make profitable transactions in financial markets. By actually making a profit and contributing to the company and our customers, I felt that I became a part of this company and started working with confidence.
What do you want to do with this company in the future?
I want to work with the staff of the company to create new financial value and advertise it among the customers. I want to be able to work effectively and efficiently not only as an employee, but also as a manager, so that I, as a part of this company, can become a leader in the industry.
