What made this company more attractive compared to the others?

I was attracted to the comfortable working environment and decided to join the company, and even after joining the company, I still feel that the atmosphere is not serious and rigid, but is peaceful and friendly. It’s easy to communicate with colleagues and superiors, which helps me maintain good relationships and enjoy my work.    Also, the KJ GROUP values challenges, so you can have the freedom to try new things, making it easy to grow.

Have grown personally or professionally after joining this company?

I think my presentation skills have improved.
I change the content for my explanations depending on the customer, preparing easy to understand content and worked on the tone of my voice, to help the customer understand everything better.
I feel that by improving my presentation skills, I have also improved my ability to prepare documents.

When do you find your work rewarding?

I have acquired specialized financial knowledge. When I joined the company, I had no knowledge of finance at all, but I feel that I am gradually gaining more and more knowledge while dealing with our customers. I will continue to study in order to gain the trust of our customers.

What are your attitude and challenges in educating new employees?

When I train new employees, rather than just teaching them, I try to make them understand the company’s policies and standards, so that we can work together happily.                              Teaching new staff helps me learn more as well, because I can organize knowledge in a concise way, divide the work process, and get an overall view of the KJ GROUP’s business.
